Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute approximately 51,000 appointment letters to newly recruited individuals via video conferencing on September 26th.
These appointments cover various central government departments, state governments, and Union Territories, creating numerous job opportunities.
The recruited workforce will serve in key Ministries and Departments, including the Department of Posts, the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, the Department of Atomic Energy, the Department of Revenue, the Department of Higher Education, the Ministry of Defence, and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
The Rozgar Mela, a nationwide employment drive, is being held at 46 locations, providing widespread access to job opportunities.
Newly appointed recruits will have access to Karmayogi Prarambh, an online training module with over 680 e-learning courses available on the iGOT Karmayogi portal.
Prime Minister Modi launched the Rozgar Mela initiative on October 22 last year with the goal of providing 10 lakh government jobs.
So far, the government has already distributed job letters to 5.5 lakh youth since the campaign's inception.
In August this year, Union Minister BL Verma handed over appointment letters to 250 candidates selected for various Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs).
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) is actively participating in the Rozgar Mela by recruiting personnel across various CAPFs, including CRPF, BSF, SSB, Assam Rifles, CISF, ITBP, Narcotics Control Bureau, and Delhi Police.
The MHA has already filled approximately one lakh posts through its Mission Recruitment, with around 87,000 of these positions allocated within CAPFs.
This massive job distribution event promises to significantly enhance employment prospects for individuals across the nation.
