'Rajmargyatra,' an all-inclusive mobile application focused on the needs of citizens, has been released by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). In addition to providing details about Indian National Highways, this app, according to an official statement, also introduces a system for handling complaints.
The eligible highway authority at the closest toll plaza will receive the registered complaint from mobile users. The System establishes a strong escalation matrix with specific responsibilities in order to follow a workflow control for keeping an eye on complaint handling.
Users can get information about neighboring toll booths, gas stations, hospitals, motels, and other crucial services that guarantee a smooth and secure journey on National Highways, as well as real-time weather conditions, timely broadcast notifications, and access to these facts.
Additionally, it has a built-in process for escalating and resolving complaints. "Users can report highway-related issues, attaching geo-tagged videos or photos for better clarity. The registered complaints will be handled in a time-bound manner," the statement added.
The Rajmargyatra app also links its services with a number of bank portals, giving users the benefit of FASTag-related banking services like monthly passes as well as the ability to recharge their FASTags and purchase them.
Both Hindi and English languages are accessible for RajmargYatra.
The Google Play Store and iOS App Store both offer download options for it.
