Now Microsoft Excel can support Python

Microsoft has revealed that it will add Python, a well-known programming language, to Excel and has released a public preview of the feature. As a result, experienced users can now easily add Python code to the page and analyze it with standard Excel formulas.

Python in Excel combines the well-known and adored capabilities of Excel with Python's robust data processing and visualization modules. According to a blog post by Microsoft's GM of Modern Work Steffan Kinnestrand, after altering and studying data using Python plots and libraries, Excel formulas, charts, and pivot tables may be utilized to further enhance your insights. Python is now easily available from the Excel ribbon, allowing you to carry out complex data analysis in the familiar Excel setting.

As Python is integrated into Excel utilizing built-in connections and Power Query, users do not need to set up or install any additional software in order to use the feature. The Python calculations will be carried out in the Microsoft Cloud, according to the blog.
