The OSD to Haryana Chief Minister Jawahar Yadav has made it clear that there has been no clean chit granted in the midst of tense negotiations over the Robert Vadra-DLF land deal shortly after the affidavit was submitted before the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
However, it was made clear in the affidavit provided by Dr. Raj Shri Singh that a new SIT comprised of one DCP, two ACPs, one inspector, and one ASI was established on March 22, 2023 for the purpose of doing additional research.
As a result, the inquiry into the situation is ongoing. As long as the inquiry into the matter is ongoing, no one can be declared innocent, according to Yadav. He further said that after the investigation is over, the findings would be disclosed.
Former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda stated that he has complete faith in the legal system and would prefer not to comment while the case is still being heard. While the affidavit submitted to the High Court clearly refers to the "nature of the transaction" in terms of whether it was carried out in accordance with the established norms established by the government or whether any norms were broken.
In accordance with the declaration, "it was reported by Tehsildar Manesar, Gurugram that the company Skylight Hospitality sold 3.5 acres (the subject land) to DLF Universal Limited on September 18, 2012, and no laws have been violated in the said transaction.”
The land in question was not discovered in the name of DLF Universal Limited, according to the document, which also noted that HSVP/HSIIC, Haryana is still the owner of the property. This case's probe was connected to a FIR filed against former CM Bhupinder Hooda and others.
