As people found themselves trapped by flames, the father-son duo acted quickly, spreading over 20 mattresses on the road below.

According to reports, several people jumped from the upper floors onto these mattresses, successfully escaping the blaze.

By sacrificing approximately 2 lakhs worth of stock, they ensured the safety of their neighbors.
