The massive coaching controversy in Patna has now reached the doorstep of the court.

Khan Sir’s anticipatory bail plea has been filed in the Patna Civil Court today, with a hearing scheduled for tomorrow.

This raises a major question: four days have passed, and police have yet to arrest him.

The situation escalated after statements from his guards, who allegedly told police that the gunfire occurred under his direct instructions, leading to Khan Sir's name being added to the FIR.

Additionally, both his coaching center and hospital have received fire safety notices, with strict action threatened if improvements are not made by June 15.

While his legal team argues this is a conspiracy and maintains there will be no surrender, student leaders are questioning why action has been taken against others, like Roshan Anand, while Khan Sir remains free.

Tomorrow’s court hearing will determine the legal direction of this case.
