An argument over an auto fare turned into a street fight in Bengaluru, and the video is now going viral.

The incident took place in 3rd Sector, HSR Layout, after two women allegedly booked and cancelled an app based auto ride multiple times before booking it again. A dispute over the ride and fare then escalated into a physical confrontation.

A passerby recorded the altercation, which showed the driver and the two women pushing and hitting each other.

Following a complaint from one of the women, HSR Layout police registered a case and detained the driver, identified as Chetan Kumar, for questioning. He was later released on bail.

Police are investigating the sequence of events and the conduct of those involved.
