A gated society in Hyderabad turned into a crime scene in the early hours of the morning.

Around 3:20 AM, six suspected burglars allegedly entered Flotilla Apartments in Neknampur after cutting through fencing along the lakeside.

CCTV footage reportedly captured the group entering C Block and targeting a flat. When a resident confronted them, the suspects allegedly threatened him and attempted to attack him with weapons before fleeing with valuables.

Police are examining CCTV footage to identify the suspects and trace their movements, while residents have called for stronger security and increased night patrolling.

The incident has raised concerns about security at gated communities, especially vulnerable entry points such as boundary fencing and poorly monitored areas.
