While everyone opted for a "saree," Sara decided to dress up in an exquisite lehenga designed by the esteemed pair, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, for her debut walk down the prestigious Cannes Film Festival red carpet. It was a classic-looking yet regal ensemble. The stunning lehenga was elegantly veiled, Her outfit was a work of art. It had an exquisitely designed top adorned with crystals, pearls, along with a dreamy tulle curtains and an elegant one-shoulder drape. Sara opted for subtle elegance in her jewelry, with just a few pieces, only bold earrings and a bare neck to highlight the beauty of the ensemble. The main attraction was Sara's makeup, her eye makeup, which included dramatic kohl eyes and soft nude browns. She had perfectly matte skin and full, arched brows, and a rose-pink lip. Her hair was beautifully styled in a classic bun.
Sonam Kapoor Ahuja- Vintage Saree with a twist
Sonam Kapoor walked the red carpet at Cannes 2013 wearing an ethereal ensemble that was handpicked by the famous designer Anamika Khanna. It was an exquisite white and gold ensemble, in which she radiated classic elegance with a hint of retro charm. She chose to pair it up with a royal jacket. Kangana Ranaut- Gold Kanjeevaram saree
Kangana looked like a queen as she walked the prestigious red carpet of the 2019 Cannes International Film Festival. She stunned everyone by opting for a beautiful traditional Kanjeevaram saree for her Cannes look, but with a modern twist. Aditi Rao Hydari- Ivory Organza Saree
Aditi's ensemble for Cannes is a picture of sophistication and elegance. She wore an ivory organza saree that was hand-dyed and embroidered with beautiful patterns that cover every square inch of the fabric. Her outfit was made more luxurious by the saree's large patti borders, cream contrast piping, and elaborately embroidered pallu and hem. Aditi embraces tradition by draping the six yards in the traditional manner, letting the ‘pallu’ fall softly over her shoulder, and choose a cream-coloured blouse with long sleeves, a plunging V neckline, an asymmetrical midriff-baring hem. Aditi chooses a classic beauty look that includes a sleek low bun that is center-parted and a bold red lip color that gives her face a burst of color. Her makeup was subtle, she had lightly kohled eyes, mascara-coated lashes, flushed cheeks and a dainty black bindi.
