Injured Indian Vulture Flies to Pakistan – Beautiful Cross-Border Rescue

A heartwarming story of compassion and cross-border cooperation has captured attention.

A wounded vulture was rescued and treated at Van Vihar National Park in Bhopal.

After recovery, it was released with a GPS tracker. Surprisingly, the vulture flew all the way to Pakistan, and its signal suddenly stopped.

WWF India and WWF Pakistan immediately joined hands and located the bird in Khanewal, Pakistan.

The vulture was found slightly injured but safe.

She is now recovering and will soon fly back into the sky.

This is not just a vulture’s story – it’s a beautiful example of humanity and collaboration beyond borders.
