Google introduces an AI-based picture generation feature to Slides

'Help Me Visualise', a Google Slides tool that generates images, has begun to roll out. The tech giant revealed the AI-powered tool at Google I/O 2023 last month, claiming that users would be able to create backdrops and pictures for their Google Slides presentation projects with the aid of the function. Users may now input a query in the new 'Help me visualize' side panel seen in Slides to take advantage of the capability. The 'Help me visualize' prompt in Google Slides is "rolling out gradually," according to a Google Workspace Labs support page, so it might not be immediately available for everyone. Additionally, the tool is currently only accessible to desktop users.

Users can select from six distinct render styles after submitting a prompt: photography, clip art, background, flat lay, and illustration. Users must sign up for Google Workspace Labs and accept the terms and conditions before they may utilize the AI-powered Google Workspace features. Additionally, the 'Help Me Write' tool in Gmail is receiving contextual suggestions for replies while considering your prior chats, as noticed by 9to5 Google. By adding precise information, such as a person's name and the date and time, it will become more attentive to detail. Google now automatically adds smart chips and other information to Google Docs to remind users to provide important facts, such as the firm name, designation, etc., in documents like job applications.
