Tulsi Gabbard, a veteran who served in the US Army National Guard for over 20 years, represented Hawaii's 2nd district in Congress from 2013 to 2021. Tulsi Gabbard is married to cinematographer Abraham Williams, and her father, Mike Gabbard, is a state senator who switched from the Republican to the Democratic Party.
