A mysterious vigilante in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, is hunting down suspected motorcycle thieves at night. 

The masked figure catches the thieves, beats them, and duct-tapes them to lampposts, leaving the stolen bikes nearby. 

He even draws cat whiskers on their faces and writes "ratero" (thief) on their foreheads! 😱 While many are cheering him on, experts warn it's a dangerous trend.
