A viral video from Pushkar, Rajasthan, has sparked concern after a woman identified in media reports as an Israeli tourist was repeatedly approached by a group of men asking for selfies and allegedly making inappropriate remarks.

In the video, the woman can be heard asking them to leave, but they continue to surround her.

This is not about taking a selfie. It is about respecting someone's boundaries when they clearly say no.

Tourists come to India to experience our culture, heritage and hospitality. They should not have to deal with harassment disguised as “fun.”

And if you witness something like this, don’t just record it. Speak up, seek help and support the person being harassed.

Respect is not optional.
