Meet 92-year-old Devaki Amma from Alappuzha, Kerala, affectionately known as the "Grandmother of Forests."

Over 45 years ago, following a life-changing accident, she started her mission to heal the earth.

For her monumental contribution to the environment, she has been honored with the prestigious Padma Shri and the Nari Shakti Puraskar.

Devaki Amma believes that this forest is the source of her vitality at 92.

Her message to the world is simple yet powerful: everyone should plant at least one tree in their lifetime.
