On its 16-passenger private airplane, the Five Hotels & Resorts chain in Dubai intends to host events in the sky.
According to Bloomberg, anyone can reserve their seats for a journey lasting up to 12 hours, so it won't just be for the guests of hotels.
Without considering other transportation costs, an adventure on the flight will cost between $13,000 and $14,000 per hour of flight time, which works out to about $195,000 for a round-trip between London and Dubai. This is roughly the price of an Emirates Airlines first-class ticket.
Parties with all kinds of activities could be held on board.
The jet is owned by Five Global Holdings, the company that founded Five Hotels and Resorts, and is in line to become an international sensation in the entertainment industry.
One of Dubai's largest party hotels, Five Palm Jumeirah, the first hotel in the group, frequently hosts celebrity DJs for beach parties in addition to other entertainment events.
