Reliance Jio is one of the leading telecom networks in India.
Early on, Reliance Jio users were facing an outage of the Jio servers. Due to this, the users were not able to use the service of calling and SMS.
The servers were down for hundreds of users.
Most of the outage reports were reported from metropolitan cities like Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, and a few more cities as per the Downdetector. which is used to detect the outage.
This outage took place today that is 29th November 2022, when the users started reporting complaints about them being unable to use their calling and SMS services which took place around morning 6:00 a.m. and the servers were back on by 9:00 a.m.
That is the duration of the outage was for around 3 long hours.
It is not the first-time outage that has happened but it has happened many times before as well.
Similar outages happened before on the 22nd and 23rd of June 2020, the 5th of October 2021, and the 5th of February 2022.
This outage was unlike other outages. As in this outage, the users were able to use their internet network while unable to use their calling and SMS services.

But still, now Reliance Jio has not spoken about the reason for the outage. However, this issue was resolved by 9:00 a.m.
