Indian wrestler Sangeeta Phogat had a great comeback in the Budapest Ranking Series 2023 on July 15. She won a bronze medal in the 59 kg category. During the semi-finals, Sangeeta Phogat had a difficult match against Magdalena Urszula Glodek from Poland. She was one of the wrestlers who protested against the alleged sexual harassment by Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, the chief of the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI). Her remarkable performance at the international level demonstrates her strong determination and ability to overcome challenges. In response to congratulatory messages, Phogat tweeted a response that appeared to indirectly criticize the WFI and showed her support for those who are fighting against him.
