Neymar, who signed with Al Hilal earlier this week, will apparently enjoy benefits such as residing in a mansion with 25 bedrooms.
Brazilian forward Neymar was acquired by Saudi Pro League team Al Hilal for €90 million (£77.6 million) from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). Neymar will sign a two-year contract to join the Saudi team. Neymar reportedly obtained several additional benefits, including a whopping £2.5 million-per-week contract, in addition to the astounding sum of his brand-new Al Hilal deal.
According to a The Sun article, Neymar has requested three luxury cars for himself, four Mercedes G Wagons for his entourage, and a Mercedes van with a driver from Al-Hilal management. Additionally, it's said that Neymar asked for a specific driver to be on call 24/7 for him, his companions, and family members. According to reports, the list of premium vehicles includes a Lamborghini Huracan, an Aston Martin DBX, and a Bentley Continental GP. Neymar has also wished for Acai juice and guarana beverages to constantly be available in his home's refrigerator.
Neymar has reportedly requested a sous-cook to assist his personal Brazilian chef as well as the installation of three saunas in his home. The former superstar of Barcelona has asked Al Hilal to pay for all of his lodging, dining, and travel expenses.
The Mirror claims that the Saudi house, which has been given to Neymar, would include 25 rooms and a pool. During his time at Al Hilal, the 31-year-old is anticipated to make £173.8 million annually. With the Al Hilal contract, Neymar is now the third highest-paid player in the Saudi Pro League, behind Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Benzema, a former Real Madrid colleague, moved for the Saudi Arabian champions Al Ittihad on a free transfer this summer while Ronaldo joined Al Nassr in December of last year.
"It is exciting, meeting top-quality players on the other teams thrills you and motivates you to play even better. And it is a given when you face Ronaldo, Benzema, (Roberto) Firmino, that the excitement is even greater. I think it is very important to have quality in the squad. Obviously, it helps in some decisions you take throughout your career. It was certainly for me. I am very excited to write a new story chasing all the objectives with the club and my teammates – winning more and more titles and fulfilling the club’s ambition,” Neymar was quoted as saying by Reuters.
After completing his 2017 transfer from Barcelona to PSG, Neymar established himself as the most expensive footballer in the world. Neymar scored 118 goals in 173 games for the Paris Saint-Germain giants. He spent six seasons with PSG before leaving to begin a fresh adventure in Saudi Arabia.
