MS Dhoni’s last IPl?

The renowned captain played last season with a knee issue and was spotted laboring on a few occasions while dashing between the wickets. But he had knee surgery at Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital after leading CSK to their fifth championship.

Many thought that the previous season would be Dhoni's last, thus the supporters turned out in force to express their support. The 41-year-old did, however, affirm that he will play one more season after defeating the Gujarat Titans in the championship game. In the meantime, many rumors say this will be his final edition.

Dhoni, who is not very active on social media, hinted to a new probable position while expressing his delight on Facebook, writing, "Can't wait for the new season and the new 'role'. "Stay tuned."

Dhoni was most recently spotted at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding celebration in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Sakshi Dhoni, his wife, was with him during the pre-wedding celebration.
