Lakshya Sen clinches the title of the 58th Canada Open2023, by defeating Li Shi Feng in Men’s Singles Final. This adds to a feather on Lakshya’s hat, adding up to his second BWF World Tour title. He has been continuously exhibiting sheer performance under pressure, with an impeccable score of 21-18 and 22-20.
With respect to0 the Canadian Open Final, his road to victory was not easy as it sounds. He has played through many tough players, who were not a piece of cake to be defeated. This also includes Kento Nishimoto from Japan, who is currently ranked 11th in the world.
In the finals, Sen displayed excellent composure, showed and exhibited the maximum of his skills, and won the well-deserved Finals. This win marks the 5th win in his 7 meeting against Feng.
