Harry Kane scored a goal twice in each half of the game as Bayern Munich defeated Stuttgart 3-0 on Sunday. Kane scored the opening goal within two minutes of the game. Thomas Muller and Kim Min-jae’s goals were disallowed due to them being offside.
The three Lions captain Harry Kane has scored 20 times in his 14 league games. In the absence of Joshua Kimmich and Leon Goretzka, Bayern still managed to bag three points and are in the second position with 35 points. The team was desperate to get back to winning ways after last week’s defeat to Frankfurt, where they lost by 5-1. Kane is the second player to score 20 goals this season so quickly. Manchester City’s, Erling Haaland previously of Borussia Dortmund was next with 22 games in the year 2020. Kane now moves four goals to the season’s second top scorer.
Bayern Munich are four goals behind Bayer Leverkusen. The hosts scored the second goal right after the break. The Bayern Munich coach, Thomas Tuchel said about the game, “ It was pretty intense today” “ Today was very good, but it’s not over, we’ve got another
game.”
