This achievement satisfies the nation's desire to reach the historic three-figure mark for the first time.
The Chinese Taipei ladies tested the Indian women to the limit in the championship match, almost losing out on winning by one point. In order to win the match, the Indian squad displayed steely nerves during the final two raids.In the dramatic title match, which also resulted in the team's coach receiving a caution and a green card, India led by five points at the half thanks to a fantastic raid from Pooja.
