Chloe Grace Kallis, a daughter, was born to Jacques and Charlene. In addition to their three-year-old son Joshua Henry, it is the couple's second kid.
Jacques was ecstatic about the newest member of the Kallis family. In his 19-year international career, he accumulated 25 534 runs and 577 wickets across all forms.
"Please accept our warmest congratulations on the birth of our daughter Chloe Grace Kallis at 8:37 this morning. "Our tiny little princess, weighing in at 2.88kg, already has daddy wrapped around her little finger," Jacques said on social media.
Joshy likes his smaller sister, and Mommy and the baby are both doing well. We are experiencing heart explosions.
Since leaving the world of international cricket in 2014, Jacques has held a number of coaching and consultancy roles.
He worked as a batting consultant for Mark Boucher, the former Proteas coach, at the start of his term in 2019 before joining England in 2021.
His most recent position in South African cricket was serving as the batting coach for the Pretoria Capitals during the inaugural SA20 earlier this year when he helped the team become runners-up.
Jacques recently showed for the World Giants at the Legends League competition in Doha, Qatar, that he has not lost any of his famed hitting prowess.
