The Sports Ministry has officially announced their nomination, emphasizing their accomplishments as gold medalists in the Asian Games, bronze medalists in the World Championships, and silver medalists in the Commonwealth Games.
In addition to the honour roll, India's pace sensation, Mohammed Shami, will be graciously bestowed with the Arjuna Award. Shami's exceptional performance in the ODI World Cup, where he emerged as the leading wicket-taker with an outstanding 24 wickets in seven matches, greatly contributed to India's remarkable journey to the final.
