Baramati, Maharashtra: In a devastating aviation tragedy, a Learjet (VT-SSK) carrying Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar crash-landed on a runway this morning and burst into flames.

The aircraft had taken off from Mumbai at 8:10 AM for scheduled political engagements in Baramati.

The DGCA has confirmed that all onboard, including Pawar, two aides, and two crew members, lost their lives.

There were no survivors. Videos circulating online show the aircraft wreckage engulfed in fire.
