TCS reverses layoff trend, hiring laid off employees of other Tech firms

Tata Consultancy Services, a tech giant in India, is hiring people who have been laid off from various tech startups rather than firing them.

According to Chief Human Resources Officer Milind Lakkad, who spoke with PTI, TCS is looking to hire people who have lost their jobs while global tech giants are attempting layoffs. Milind Lakkad stated that once an employee is hired, the company believes in developing talent for a longer career.
