E-commerce firm Flipkart declared that it would add more than 100,000 seasonal employment. Some of the biggest year-end prices are offered during the Big Billion Day sales, which the corporation holds only once a year, typically in the month of October.
This seasonal job's primary goal is to meet the rising demand for goods ahead of the impending holiday season, which includes Navratri, Dussehra, Diwali, and Christmas.
The positions will be spread out throughout Flipkart's supply chain, in places like fulfillment centers, sorting facilities, and delivery hubs. Women, Kirana delivery partners, and people with disabilities (PwDs) will all be eligible for employment.
