A report by staffing company TeamLease Services states that the second half of this year will provide 50,000 temporary jobs in the banking sector.
Due to the increased activity in consumer spending, the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sectors will be looking for more people to fill gaps before the festive season starts.
It has been reported that the earnings of temp workers in the BFSI sectors have increased by 7%-10% this year alone.
These new opportunities will provide a great chance for the youth and anyone with minimal experience.
