A shocking delivery scam has surfaced in Kolkata where a customer was charged for an order that never arrived.

Despite the Zomato app showing the status as "delivered" with a fake photo of the package outside the gate, CCTV footage confirmed the agent never delivered the food.

The customer has filed a complaint and secured a refund, but this incident raises serious concerns about the trust and accountability of online delivery platforms.
