A horrific tragedy has unfolded in Agra, where 16-year-old Kunal Agarwal lost his life during a zipline ride at a local adventure park.

Witnesses and reports suggest a mechanical failure, either a faulty pulley lock or a cable malfunction, caused the teenager to plummet nearly 45 feet to the ground.
