A father and daughter were staying at a hotel so she could appear for her polytechnic exam when an intoxicated hotel staff member allegedly broke into their room late at night and attempted to molest the girl.

Thanks to the father’s quick and brave intervention, his daughter was saved, and the police were immediately alerted.

The accused has been arrested, and subsequent police raids at the hotel led to several others being detained for questioning.
