• The Audacious Theft: The accused youth had reportedly been turned out of the Raipura police station while intoxicated. Spotting an official police Bolero parked inside the station compound with its keys left inside the ignition, the drunk man seized the opportunity and fled with the vehicle.

• Terror in the Weekly Market: Driving at reckless speeds, the accused plowed the stolen government vehicle straight into a bustling weekly market (haat bazaar). Dozens of shoppers and vendors ran for their lives as the car rammed into pedestrians and multiple parked vehicles, including a roadside car and a bus.

• Bike Dragged for 200 Meters: In one of the most terrifying moments of the rampage, a motorcycle got trapped underneath the speeding Bolero. Instead of stopping, the intoxicated driver dragged the motorbike along the road for nearly 200 meters.

• Mob Fury & Arrest: Alerted by the mayhem, police teams gave chase and finally intercepted and overpowered the accused near Avantibai Chowk. A furious crowd gathered at the spot and later barged into the police station attempting to thrash the accused, forcing the police to intervene and secure him inside the lock-up.
