Cosie Bar, was shut down on Tuesday by Pune Excise officials that served alcohol to a 17-year-old boy, the main accused in a Pune Porsche Murder Case.
Restaurant owner Pralhad Bhutda, manager Sachin Katkar, and Hotel Blak manager Sandip Sangle were arrested for their roles in serving alcohol to minors, breaking the law as legal Drinking Age in Maharashtra is 25.
This move came a day after Pune police filed charges against the bar, after a drunk minor driving his Porsche car hit a motorbike, killing 2 people, but soon he got released following a bail with condition. In response, the Pune District Collector ordered the bar to be sealed.

The 17-year-old's father was also arrested in Aurangabad for allowing his underage son to drive an unregistered Porsche without a licence.
Both the boy's father and the pub named Cosie face charges under Sections 75 and 77 of the Juvenile Justice Act, which pertain to neglect of minors and supplying them with liquor or narcotics.
Deputy Fadnavis calls Bail ‘Lenient’
Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis promised a strong action against the boy, as authorities had appealed against the boy's bail order in a district court. Pune police has also filed an application with the sessions court to try the juvenile as an adult.
Deputy CM also mentioned that he has spoken to Pune Police about the case, and instructed them to keep a close check and take all necessary steps to crack down on people who drink and drive.
He criticised the Juvenile Justice Board, accusing them of being lenient in such a heinous crime. JJB granted bail to the boy within 15 hours with lenient conditions including writing a 300-word essay, working with traffic police for 15 days, and undergoing counseling for his drinking.
Victim’s Family in Shock over Bail Condition.
The family of the victims has shown frustration, demanding the cancellation of bail.Koshta's uncles, Jugal Kishore and Sachin Bokde, said, "It is condemnable he got bail in 15 hours. He and his parents should be investigated...because of him...an innocent girl...who had seen nothing of life, has died."
