A shocking land scam has surfaced in the Kolar area that has sent ripples through the administrative corridors.

On April 4, 2022, nearly 50 influential IAS and senior officials from Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Delhi, and Haryana purchased two hectares of land in Guradi Ghat village at a mere ₹81 per sq. ft.

Just sixteen months later, the government approved a ₹3,200 crore Western Bypass - and coincidentally, the route passes right next to this specific plot.

The land use was immediately converted from agricultural to residential, and prices have now skyrocketed to ₹3,000 per sq. ft., yielding massive profits for the officials involved.

This raises a serious question: Is this a simple coincidence or a pre-planned case of insider trading using confidential government data?
