Just two minutes and 24 lakh rupees vanished in broad daylight.

A grain trader's munim in Khargone MP lost the cash bag while talking on phone near his car. CCTV shows a man in a red shirt recceing the bank before the theft.

The incident happened in Basistal area of Khargone district. The munim had withdrawn cash from the District Cooperative Bank and was heading to the mandi.

He kept 24 lakh rupees inside the car and stepped out for just two minutes to take a call.

That small window was enough for the thief. CCTV footage clearly shows a young man in red shirt watching from the bank itself and then # striking when the munim was distracted.

Local traders are in shock over such a bold daylight theft. Police are now scanning footage and searching for the accused.
