A serious controversy has surfaced at the Vardhman Fabrics unit in Budhni, Madhya Pradesh.

A worker, identified as Mulayam Singh Yadav, has leveled grave allegations against company management, claiming he was coerced into resigning under threat of life.

Yadav alleges that he was forcibly removed and dropped in Hoshangabad without receiving his due compensation.

In response, the company’s manager, Deepak Rana, has categorically denied the allegations, stating that the worker resigned of his own volition and that no such threats or forced actions took place.

As the worker and local unions demand a formal inquiry, the situation has ignited a debate over labor rights and corporate accountability in the region.
