Incessant monsoon rainfall has triggered catastrophic flash floods in the Keyi Panyor district of Arunachal Pradesh.

The Poosa/Yazali area has been hit hardest, with reports confirming one fatality and four individuals currently missing.

The floods have caused significant infrastructure damage, including the destruction of homes and severe road blockages due to landslides.

Emergency rescue teams are working in challenging conditions to locate the missing and provide relief to affected families.
