Eventually, the responsibility of the company's entire marketing portfolio fell upon Shane's capable shoulders. He became the creative force behind IFB's success.
Shane's journey did not stop there. He had built creative teams in different countries, honing his skills as a creative director in various advertising agencies. His belief in the power of ideas and the ability to create impactful campaigns without massive budgets has become ingrained in his DNA.
