Bajaj Auto's Chairman just bought a 250-crore house

Bajaj Auto's Chairman, Neeraj Bajaj bought a penthouse in Malabar Hill, Mumbai. The Penthouse is for Rs 252 crore. It is called the Lodha Malabar penthouse. It is located exactly opposite the governor's estate and between the Arabian sea and the Hanging Gardens. The house has been named the Emperor's Palace. It is spread over a massive 18,000 square feet. Each square foot was for 1.40 lakh.
