Wipro, an IT services firm, has introduced an ecosystem that prioritizes artificial intelligence (AI) as its core component. This means that AI will be integrated into every platform, tool, and solution offered by Wipro to its clients. As part of this initiative called Wipro ai360, the company has committed to investing $1 billion over the next three years to enhance its AI capabilities. With this investment, Wipro ai360 aims to unlock a new era of value, productivity, and business opportunities by leveraging AI and generative AI technologies, according to the company.
Wipro ai360 will combine 30,000 specialists in data analytics and AI with the company's technology and advisory network. Wipro will utilize its proficiency in cloud computing, partnerships, data analytics, design and consulting, cybersecurity, and engineering to create innovative solutions. The company plans to increase investments in technology start-ups through Wipro Ventures. Furthermore, they will introduce a program called GenAI Seed Accelerator, which will offer training to selected start-ups focused on AI to help them become ready for enterprise-level operations.
