Two months after returning to ODI cricket, Virat Kohli has delivered a record breaking performance.

Against the West Indies in Thiruvananthapuram, Kohli smashed an unbeaten 139 off 88 balls, helping India secure an eight wicket victory.

But the bigger story is the milestones.

Kohli became only the second batter after Sachin Tendulkar to score 15,000 ODI runs. He also registered his 55th ODI century, reaching the landmark in just 74 balls.

And he finished the chase in style with a six.
