In the Men's Singles SL3 Group Play Stage, Manoj Sarkar defeats Jianyuan Yang of China in straight sets, 21-15, 21-11. His first win of the games came in the thirty-minute victory. He did not make it to the following round.
PARA BADMINTON - Kadam in semis!
In the Men's Singles SL4 Group Play Stage, Sukant Kadam defeats Siripong Teamarrom of Thailand 21-12, 21-12 in 25 minutes. Kadam secured his place in the semifinals with two straight wins in the group.
PARA SHOOTING - Rubina Francis in Finals !
Rubina Francis finishes seventh to qualify for 10m Air Pistol final. She will compete in the Women's 10m Air Pistol SH1 final at 6:15 PM IST today.She started out slowly, scoring a few 90s, before gradually moving up into the top 8. She looked to be lost after hitting an 8 on her 56th shot, but she ends with TWO CLUTCH 10s. and places seventh in the rankings for qualification.
PARA SHOOTING - Rubina Francis wins bronze!!!
Rubina Francis secured the bronze medal in the Women's 10m Air Pistol SH1 Final at the Paris Paralympics 2024. She finished with a total score of 211.1, marking a strong performance and earning her place on the podium.
