India Vs Ireland women's 2nd ODI: India win toss, choose to bat

On January 12, 2025, at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot, India Women face Ireland Women in the second One Day International (ODI) of their three-match series. India led the series 1-0 after a six-wicket victory in the first ODI.

Ireland won the toss and elected to bat, setting a target of 238/7 in their 50 overs. Captain Gaby Lewis top-scored with 92 runs, supported by Leah Paul's 59. India's Priya Mishra was the standout bowler, taking 2 wickets for 56 runs.  In response, India chased down the target in 34.3 overs, scoring 241/4. Pratika Rawal led the innings with a commanding 89, while Tejal Hasabnis remained unbeaten on 53. Captain Smriti Mandhana contributed 41 runs.
