For the IPL 2024 Auction, BCCI is anxious to avoid a conflict with the Christmas holidays. There are a few scheduling challenges that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) must get past for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 auction, which will take place later this year. With the IPL 2024 auction scheduled for December, it will undoubtedly clash with the upcoming India tour of South Africa, which begins on December 10. Mumbai, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kochi, and Kolkata are the likely contenders to host the IPL Auction, which is expected to take place in the latter part of December.
After the 2023 World Cup, the Final date and location will be officially revealed. 100 crore rupees will be added to the budget. The BCCI's current priority is to ensure the 2023 World Cup is an enormous success. In preparation for the ODI World Cup in October–November, the BCCI is planning an extensive makeover of at least five noteworthy stadiums in India.
