Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, presiding over the Rajasthan cabinet, welcomed 22 MLAs, including two former Union Ministers Rajyavardhan Rathore and Kirodi Lal Meena, who were sworn in as ministers after a meeting with Governor Kalraj Mishra.
The oath ceremony was held at the Raj Bhavan in Jaipur on Saturday at 3:15 pm, and was administered by Governor Kalraj Mishra.
The Cabinet Expansion featured 12 cabinet-rank ministers, Kirodi Lal Meena, Madan Dilawar, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Gajendra Singh Khinvsar, Babulal Kharadi, Jogaram Patel, Suresh Singh Rawat, Avinash Gehlot, Joraram Kumawat, Hemant Meena, Kanhaiya Lal Choudhary and Sumit Godara.
Five including Sanjay Sharma, Gautam Kumar, Jhabar Singh Kharra, Surendra Pal Singh, and Heeralal Nagar assumed the role as ministers of state (independent charge).
Additionally, Otaram Dewasi, Manju Baghmar, Vijay Singh Choudhary, K K Vishnoi, and Jawahar Singh Bedham were sworn in as Ministers of State.
Rajyavardhan Rathore, following his oath-taking as a Rajasthan Cabinet minister, expressed, "I have been given a responsibility and I welcome it. I thank PM (Prime Minister Narendra) Modi, JP Nadda, (Union Home Minister) Amit Shah, CM Bhajanlal Sharma, workers of BJP for giving me this opportunity to serve Rajasthan directly. I ensure that for the next five years my department will work wholeheartedly for the people of Rajasthan."

Former Union Minister, BJP MLA Dr. Kirodi Lal Meena commented, "Having sworn in as a minister, I am committed to serving the people of Rajasthan as their guardian. We will be present among the public, attentively addressing their concerns, maintaining zero tolerance for corruption, preventing paper leaks, and prioritising women's safety in our work."
