According to reports, Spaddy was surprised and visibly shocked when she answered the call and realized it was the President of the United States.
She was quoted as saying, "I got a little starstruck when I answered the phone, and I'm normally not like this." The exchange between Biden and Spaddy was even captured on video and posted to the President's official Twitter account.
