Billionaire George Soros planning another expose on Indian firms, Musk becomes India's ally

The Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), an organization supported by people like George Soros and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, is gearing up for another "expose" on some corporate houses in India, according to the PTI news agency, seven months after the US-based short seller Hindenberg Research released an explosive report on the Adani Group.

According to the organization's website, OCCRP is a global network of investigative journalists that "exposes crime and corruption so the public can hold power to account." According to the PTI report, the group might write a report or a series of articles about particular corporate entities in India.

It was also mentioned that the 'expose' might involve foreign funds purchasing corporate house equities. Although these companies have not yet been named, authorities are allegedly closely monitoring the capital market.

The Open Society Foundation, a philanthropic organization founded by George Soros, is listed by OCCRP as one of the "institutional donors that make our work possible" on their website. The Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, and Oak Foundation are others.

The Adani group companies have been suspected of manipulating stocks and fraudulent accounting in the Hindenberg study, which was published in January. The Adani Group's stock price plummeted, and Mukesh Ambani, chairman and chief executive officer of Reliance Industries, tossed Gautam Adani from the richest Indian in the world.

George Soros stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will "have to answer questions" from international investors and Parliament regarding the allegations against the company after Hindenberg's criticism of the Adani Group generated significant controversy. The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which claimed that George Soros not only attacked Prime Minister Modi but also the Indian political system, harshly criticized his views.

The allegations made against the Adani group are being investigated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi). The case's final report has reportedly been finished and will be handed to the Supreme Court. Sebi asked for a further fifteen days to present its report on August 14, the date established by the Supreme Court.

The matter will be heard by the Supreme Court again on August 29.

Elon Musk, the CEO of X, has declared that the platform, formerly known as Twitter, will file a lawsuit to quash the "hate incidents" narrative peddled by organizations supported by George Soros. “X will be filing legal action to stop this. Can’t wait for discovery to start!” Musk tweeted.
