The government of Joe Biden has supported Canada's allegations that India took part in the murder of pro-Khalistan separatist and terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, who was murdered in Ottawa. even though Canada hasn't produced any evidence, Ottawa has demanded that New Delhi comply with Ottawa in an investigation.
The US Secretary of State Antony Blinken spoke up regarding the India-Canada row and said, “We are deeply concerned about the allegations that Prime Minister Trudeau has raised. And from our perspective, it is critical that the Canadian investigation proceed, and it would be important that India work with the Canadians on this investigation,”
He also added “We have been consulting throughout very closely with our Canadian colleagues — and not just consulting, coordinating with them — on this issue. We want to see accountability, and it’s important that the investigation run its course and lead to that result,”
