ISRO has just announced that India's first space-based solar observatory, PSLV-C57/Aditya-L1 Mission is all ready for launch.

The Aditya-L1 mission aims to gain more insights into the sun and its behavior. ISRO aims to observe the sun and gain an understanding of solar phenomena and solar dynamics. 

Although a set date has since been announced for the launch, it will most probably take place during September.

This mission will mark a great feat for IRSO and Indian space endeavors. The Aditya-L1 mission will be India's first mission to the Sun.
